Ceramic Butterfly Ring(TY-Pack)
TY-Pack are overlapped along the axial direction that makes a conjugated structure inside, so that the liquid is evenly distributed on the filler surface.
The resistance to vapor is decreased and flux is increased a lot when vapor-liquid flows through the ceramic butterfly rings packing bed. Distribution of vapor-liquid is distributed more evenly and the interface between vapor and liquid is increased so as to improve the mass transfer efficiency. Ceramic butterfly ring is highly resistant to thermal shock or chemical attack.
Application
TY-Pack can withstand the decay of all kinds of inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except our daughter's fluoric acid(HF).It is also resistant to high temperature and anti-aging, so it can be used in various high and low temperatures.
